Interim Recruiter

The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a variety of professional, technical, and operational positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting team members to manage interview processes, candidate experience, hiring decisions, and offer execution. The ideal consultant is organized, responsive, and experienced working in fast-paced environments with multiple open requisitions. Roles & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple open positionsPartner with sourcing teams and hiring managers to move candidates through the hiring processConduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communicationFacilitate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth recruiting experienceGuide candidates through hiring and offer stagesPartner with hiring leaders on candidate evaluation and hiring decisionsMaintain ATS records and recruiting documentationBuild relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruiting processSupport recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives as needed Required Skills & Experience Proven full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technical roles preferredStrong candidate management and stakeholder partnership skillsExperience coordinating interviews and managing recruiting workflowsAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughExperience working with ATS platforms; UKG experience preferredAbility to work effectively in an onsite, team-oriented environmentSense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities About Versique Versique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.
