Interim Project Manager, HR Shared Services

About the role

The Interim Project Manager, HR Shared Services, will serve as the interim subject matter expert (SME) supporting day-to-day HR Service Center operations while providing coverage during a key implementation. This opportunity is expected to last approximately 12-18 months. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

  • Manage high-volume HR service requests, including case management, intake, triage, and timely issue resolution.
  • Support core HR transactions, including employee data changes, onboarding activities, and compliance-related processes.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery by following standardized workflows, meeting service level expectations, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist with process documentation, reporting, and knowledge article updates to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Strong project management skills are required.

Pay

Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
