Interim Educator, Women's Services

About the Role

The Interim Educator, Women’s Services, will oversee day-to-day operations and education initiatives throughout the department(s). This leader will be responsible for approximately 70 FTEs and will oversee Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery (SCN) units.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on ongoing initiatives including preparing for Joint Commission survey windows
• Identify workflow gaps and areas of opportunity
• Create consistency regarding documentation and monitoring
• Run simulation drills

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Active MD RN license required
• Women’s Services experience required
• Extensive experience in running sim drills and adult learning principles
• Experience with NOEP/PEOP
• Highly organized and patient-focused
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance

Compensation

Compensation Range: $155,000 to $160,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
