The Position An Interim Director of Women and Children's is needed to provide strategic and operational leadership for women's and children's service lines. Key responsibilities include providing operational oversight, supporting clinical quality and patient safety initiatives, collaborating with interdisciplinary leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient departmental operations.

• BSN required.
• Active RN license required.

• Excellent communication skills are critical.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
