Interim Director of Pharmacy - Travel Job
About the role
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist to act as an interim DOP for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Staffing
- Supervising staff
- Meeting coordination
- Financial oversight
- Sterile compounding oversight (USP 797 and USP 800)
- Order entry system: Cerner
- Site automation: Pyxis
Requirements
- State License to Apply (Michigan pharmacist license required)
- Leadership experience required
- Inpatient experience required
- General knowledge of sterile compounding required
Qualifications
- Experience with order entry systems (Cerner)
- Experience with site automation (Pyxis)
- Experience with sterile compounding (USP 797 and USP 800)

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Weekend coverage and on-call may be needed based on staffing needs.
