About the role

The Position An Interim Director of Pharmacy is needed to provide operational and clinical leadership across two hospital pharmacy departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality medication management services.

Responsibilities

• Establishing consistency and integrity in addressing staff requests and operational needs
• Delivering pharmacy education and coaching to address knowledge gaps and strengthen clinical performance

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting
• Proficient in clinical areas relevant to pharmacy operations
• Ability to hold staff accountable and maintain high professional standards
• Available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $180,000 to $185,000 annually
• Final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations
