Director of Pharmacy

Primary Responsibilities
- Supervises the maintenance and dissemination of drug information through in-service education of hospital personnel, consultation with patients, hospital staff, and medical staff
- Actively assists staff pharmacists in the discharge of routing duties as necessary
- Directs the activities of and provides professional and technical guidance to pharmacy personnel

Required Qualifications
- BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Licensed pharmacist in the State of Missouri in good standing
- 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
Preferred Qualification
- 5+ years of Pharmacy Management
Benefits
The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
