Interim Director of Education

About the role

The Position An Interim Director of Education is needed to provide education and support for Critical Care teams, ensuring consistent practices and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education programs
• Standardize documentation practices
• Sustain and enhance existing education programs
• Support new nurse onboarding
• Address generational differences in practice expectations

Requirements

• BSN is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred
• Active NM and/or compact RN license is required
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required
• A minimum of three years of critical care nursing experience is required

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
• Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
