Job Description & Requirements Interim Director of Case Management StartDate: 10/19/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00 POSITION SUMMARY – Interim Director Of Case Management POSITION DUTIES – Provides leadership for hospital case management operations, overseeing utilization review, discharge planning, care coordination, and documentation integrity while ensuring compliance, optimizing patient outcomes, and supporting accurate health information management practices.
