Interim Director of Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation

About the role

Interim Acute Rehabilitation Directors are needed to manage hospital-based inpatient rehab programs at North Carolina Signet Health's Acute Rehabilitation Division. These roles offer strategic responsibilities, collaborating with Signet Health and hospital leadership to create a respected and cohesive program serving the community. Travel expenses are fully reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and participation in the PAS process
• Oversight and management of the IRF-PAI UDS or eRehab expertise
• Referral development - prioritizing internal case finding
• Enforcing compliance measures
• Establishing resources to achieve program goals and effectiveness
• Management of the interdisciplinary team
• Program analysis and communication to Signet and Hospital leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (RN, PT, OT, SLT); Master’s degree preferred
• Candidates with Masters in Healthcare Administration will also be considered
• Experience as a Director of Acute Rehabilitation is required
• Experience working in a freestanding, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital highly preferred
