Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and the month-end close process.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably at the Controller or Assistant Controller level.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop less experienced accounting professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Pay

$110,000 - $125,000 annually
