What You'll Do
- Lead cash flow forecasting and financial analysis
- Own month-end close and leadership reporting
- Mentor and develop a small accounting team
- Improve processes, reporting, and NetSuite utilization
- Drive Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accounting and support key business decisions
What You Bring
- Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
- Strong Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accounting knowledge
- NetSuite experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Passion for improving systems and processes
- Construction, Manufacturing, or Job-shop Experience (a plus)
