Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Utilize basic knowledge of Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) Radios, SATCOM Systems, Modems, Antennas/Apertures, Data Links, Analog/Digital Communication principals and practice.
- Utilize the components that comprise digital and analog communication system such as radios, amplifiers, transmission lines, antennas and filters.
- Read and understand system specification, industry standards and apply them to system design, development and test.
- Conduct RF system Analysis (SATCOM RF Link Budgets, Co-Site analysis).
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
