Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Senior technical leader/portfolio manager for projects focused on RF signal processing technology, automatic target recognition technology, and signal exploitation technologies.
- Manage a portfolio of projects conducting basic and applied research, technology demonstration, and technology transition to Program of Record and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for related technologies and build strategic relationships to accomplish larger goals.
- Interact with national agencies (OSD, ONI, ONR, etc.), as well as Navy, Army, and Air Force agencies to develop concepts and proposals, seek funding, execute projects, and transition technology.
- Work with IPT leaders and PMA teams to plan, budget, and execute the transition of capabilities to platforms and work with prime contractors to expedite transition and provide affordable capability to the warfighter before they need the tools.
