Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides service support to Member transaction needs via multiple channels.
- Handles deposits, withdrawals, and payments related to member accounts.
- Maintains account information and monitors transactions to prevent losses and fraud.
- Identifies and recommends new and alternative financial services to Members.
- Maintains and exceeds service and productivity goals.
- Ensures compliance with KEMBA policies and procedures.
- Provides friendly and member-centric service.
- Assists other Interactive Tellers as needed.
- Continuously improves personal competency through training and certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior teller experience or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a sales/customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Value a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills with appropriate grammar.
- Basic PC skills (Windows).
- Flexible schedule willingness.
Physical Demands
- Sit for long periods.
- Use hands to manipulate, handle, feel, and talk or hear.
- Frequent reaching with hands and arms.
- Occasional standing and walking.
- Lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Close, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
