Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides service support to Member transaction needs via multiple channels.
  • Handles deposits, withdrawals, and payments related to member accounts.
  • Maintains account information and monitors transactions to prevent losses and fraud.
  • Identifies and recommends new and alternative financial services to Members.
  • Maintains and exceeds service and productivity goals.
  • Ensures compliance with KEMBA policies and procedures.
  • Provides friendly and member-centric service.
  • Assists other Interactive Tellers as needed.
  • Continuously improves personal competency through training and certification.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior teller experience or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a sales/customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Value a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills with appropriate grammar.
  • Basic PC skills (Windows).
  • Flexible schedule willingness.

Physical Demands

  • Sit for long periods.
  • Use hands to manipulate, handle, feel, and talk or hear.
  • Frequent reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional standing and walking.
  • Lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Close, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
