About the role

We are looking for an Interactive Producer to manage projects from concept to completion. You will be embedded with a team of highly motivated artists and engineers working on world-class experiences. In this role, you will assist in deliverables, maintain project schedules, and facilitate day-to-day execution. You’ll work across all facets of the business and be responsible for delivering digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and conduct status updates, meetings, and milestones.
• Create project documentation including SOWs, schedules, technical, and functional requirements.
• Manage creative and development teams to set goals and review deliverables.
• Resolve issues in a timely and diplomatic manner; utilize change management to adapt to project scope changes.
• Special focus on mobile and gaming solutions.
• Collaborate in defining and implementing project management processes and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Digital Media, Game Production, Game Design, or App Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with gaming, interactive, or mobile frameworks.
• Minimum 2 years of high-impact project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience shipping commercially available products.
• Fundamental understanding of Google Play and iOS App Store.
• Strong production portfolio.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, bid package preparation, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Agile development, SPRINT planning, and SCRUM.
• Ability to lead staff, promote teamwork, and support staff development.
• Solid aesthetic sensibilities and storytelling skills to facilitate communication across disciplines.
• Consistent attendance is required.
