As an Epic Professional Billing Intermediate Analyst, you will support a growing network of more than 72 Community Connect clinics and physician practices. This role extends beyond application support, offering the opportunity to influence the success of community healthcare organizations through consulting, implementation, training, and long-term partnership. You will work directly with clinic leaders, physicians, and staff to prepare organizations for Epic adoption, lead onsite training programs, provide go-live support, and deliver ongoing production support after implementation.
