Intensivist - Medical & Cardiac ICU at AdventHealth Orlando!

About the role

Provide high-quality critical care across our medical and cardiac-medical ICUs, including shifts at our South campus quaternary care center and other moderate-to-large ICUs within the Central Florida Division.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical quality in the Medical ICU, including quality metrics and participation in quality assurance teams.
• Educate advanced practice providers (APPs), critical care fellows, and new staff.
• Participate in program development and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine (ABIM).
• Experience in medical ICU settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across both private-practice and employed-physician models.
