Intensive Support Professional

About the role

Responsibilities

• Support clients with medication and appointment compliance
• Assist with crisis planning, behavior management, and skill-building
• Document progress and follow Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
• Work collaboratively with a team in a structured, supportive environment
• Promote safety, stability, and independence for each individual

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in mental and/or behavioral health services
• Previous DSP experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, database systems)
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Completion of all required training and ongoing competency requirements

Schedule

This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts, each including time for client care, documentation, and training. Each shift is staffed with two Intensive Support Professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment. 1st Shift (6:50am-7:30pm)

Pay

$18+/hour (based on experience)
