About the role

The supervisor of Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) at ISBH oversees a team of 8 IHBT therapists across multiple counties in Southeastern and Central Ohio. Responsibilities include fidelity tracking, client engagement, direct oversight, promoting services, and managing team productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 8 IHBT therapists
  • Provide direct oversight over each IHBT therapist, including approving time off and completing yearly evaluations
  • Promote available programs and services in local communities
  • Aim to increase enrollment and utilization of services
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders
  • Oversee cases focusing on the acuity of need to prioritize clients based on the intensity of service
  • Assure team productivity standards are met
  • Review and monitor clinical documentation in the electronic health records for appropriateness and compliance
  • Facilitate programming for members both on-site and in the community
  • Provide coverage of direct clinical and other behavioral health services as needed
  • Track participant demographics and other relevant data
  • Assist with interviewing new IHBT therapists and onboarding them
  • Travel within the designated service areas

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or counseling
  • Must meet requirements for independent licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
  • 2+ years of experience delivering or overseeing an IHBT/MST/FFT team
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families
  • Experience with wraparound services
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
  • Travel requirement up to 75% of the time throughout the multi-county area
  • Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with the appropriate level of insurance coverage

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $87,900.00 to $93,293.86 based on experience.

Schedule

Travel requirement up to 75% of the time throughout the multi-county area.
