Intelligence Targeting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert
About the role
CGS is seeking a skilled Intelligence Targeting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert to support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments. The position involves providing support and contributing to intelligence collection, Counterterrorism (CT), and/or counter proliferation activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics to support target development and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.
- Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle, driving intelligence collection support, target development, and product production.
- Utilize advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology, nodal analysis, and the F3EAD targeting process to support target development and analytical efforts.
- Proficiently utilize current applications and intelligence-related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
- Exhibit excellent briefing skills and direct subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
- Have extensive experience in analytical areas such as CT, regional analysis, geo-political analysis, and expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence.
- Must have active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of targeting experience within the last five (5) years.
- Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge and understanding, nodal analysis, and proficiency in utilizing the F3EAD targeting process.
- Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence-related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
- Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
- Experience in CT, regional analysis, geo-political analysis, and expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time, with standard business hours.
