Intelligence Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct domain awareness using available ELINT tools and analytical methods to determine capability, intent, and identification
• Develop tailored assessments for the customer's mission conducting long-term analysis to understand complex environments
• Develop high-quality deliverables that clearly communicate analytical insights to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making using tools such as PowerPoint and ArcGIS
• Periodically perform watch standing duties which consist of eight hours shifts in support of a 24-hour watch floor. This is typically required 3-4 times per year for approximately a two-week period
• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts on the team

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Must currently hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph in order to be considered for the position. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, professional or military, Bachelor's Degree or professional or military experience can be substituted for the degree. Must be comfortable briefing and presenting analytical findings. Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with senior level management, stakeholders, and team members. Strong aptitude for learning new technology. Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Desired Experience: Experience with ArcGIS PRO or other mapping software. Prior background in ELINT analysis or all-source intelligence

Pay

The target salary range for this position is $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
