About the role
The Intelligence Analyst position within the Army Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) division is responsible for developing, evaluating, and overseeing the implementation of policies, plans, and strategies that enhance the global GEOINT capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate intelligence policies, plans, and guidance impacting Army GEOINT globally.
- Evaluate and support current and future operations through GEOINT plans and policies.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of strategic GEOINT communications.
- Maintain awareness of tradecraft techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of Army GEOINT.
- Represent Army GEOINT interests and equities on operational matters involving GEOINT systems and programs.
- Research and gather information necessary for the planning, coordination, and implementation of policy and procedures for Army GEOINT operations.
Requirements
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
Qualifications
- One year of specialized experience which includes performing research in GEOINT; utilizing GEOINT systems and applications; and utilizing effective processes and methods for analyzing and reporting intelligence data.
