Intelligence Data Strategist

We’re looking for someone like you to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects through your experience in Python, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, APIs and data pipelines, data presentation and visualization, big data, data governance, and intelligence programs of record for our military intelligence customers.
Role Overview
As an Intelligence Data Strategist on our team, you'll learn and apply innovative methodologies to make a real-world impact by developing data strategy recommendations inclusive of the institutional domain, operational domain, and self-development domain tailored to Corps-level Operational Environments. You’ll grow your skills and shape the future of analytics through a variety of means like developing data strategy recommendations inclusive of software, hardware, Programs of Record, developing technologies, innovations, AI/ML usage and implementation, and Army/Joint service developments. You'll support and assist in the implementation of directed data strategies and identify policies, procedures, and personnel required for development and employment of data strategy. Your work in identifying intelligence information and combat information requirements needed to meet directed and anticipated intelligence support tasks will make a lasting impact on intelligence mission requirements.
Required Experience
- Experience in Joint All Domain data strategy efforts and systems integration
- Experience integrating Title 50 intelligence information workflows and Title 10 combat information workflows
- Experience developing Operational Environment (OE) tailored training and continuing education Programs of Instruction (PoI) to support implementation and sustainment of data strategy
- Experience fusing, correlating, combining, and layering single source intelligence with combat intelligence to meet operational and targeting requirements
- Experience supporting Corps, Division, and OPLAN operations and activities
- Knowledge of USINDOPACOM, USARPAC, and Army Intelligence modernization efforts
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 22+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) in leveraging data strategy and tradecraft to achieve effective Joint All Domain intelligence support to force generation, information collection, situational understanding, targeting, and protection
- Experience providing Measures of Performance (MoPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MoEs) on how implementation of data strategy is improving IWfF support tasks
- Experience working and developing applications within Palantir Foundry
- Ability to identify, integrate, and employ prototype architectures and AI/ML tools that enable the use of data in support of Joint All Domain intelligence support to force generation, information collection, situational understanding, targeting, and protection

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
