Intelligence Analyst - Level 2 or 3 (AHT)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SIGINT Mission Analyst supporting airborne SIGINT operations and mission planning.
• Analyze ASIP data and logs, including mission recordings, system status outputs, and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and issues impacting mission effectiveness.
• Support data flow and quality control checks to verify end-to-end data integrity from collection through processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED), ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of ASIP outputs.
• Review ASIP tuning controls delivered to operations, assess proposed changes, validate configuration updates, and provide recommendations to optimize mission performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, checklists, and processes for ASIP data analysis, quality checks, and tuning reviews.
• Collaborate with system engineers, operators, and program leadership to communicate findings, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution of identified issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of mission analytics, including development of standard operating procedures and best practices for ASIP data review.

Requirements

• Requires an active U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's. Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with intelligence analysis, SIGINT operations, or related mission analysis.
• Familiarity with sensor data, mission logs, or technical system outputs.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly document findings and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00
