Configuration Analyst - Level 2 or 3 (AHT)

This position is contingent upon obtaining final clearances and program access within a reasonable period. Continued employment is subject to maintaining the required clearance and access levels. Relocation assistance may be available. Travel is required, approximately 10% of the time.

This role is fully onsite in Redondo Beach, CA, and requires an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with the ability and willingness to obtain SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identification:
  • Assign and control program hardware/software data identification control numbers per program and Functional Home Room (FHR) mandates.
  • Enforce and assign part and serial number requirements.
• Change Management:
  • Perform Technical Review Board and Configuration Control Board activities.
  • Establish agendas, publish minutes, and track meeting actions.
  • Process change packages through lifecycle, including disposition and documentation/hardware implementation.
  • Perform program data release functions via Product Lifecycle Management tools.
• Configuration Status Accounting:
  • Develop and maintain various CDM reports for program support (e.g., Configured Item Identification List, Engineering Change Request status, CDM performance metrics).
• Verification & Audits:
  • Support internal program CDM audits against program SOW and Functional Command Media mandates.
  • Provide aid to Functional Configuration Audits and perform Physical Configuration Audits.
• Document Management:
  • Manage deliverable CDRLs and non-CDRL documents.

Requirements

Configuration Analyst - Level 2

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 1 year of experience.
• Domain knowledge of Configuration Management standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649C, and/or EIA-649-1.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and ability/willingness to obtain SCI clearance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interface effectively with program management and customers.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management software (Teamcenter highly preferred).

Configuration Analyst - Level 3

• 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR
• PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Domain knowledge of Configuration Management standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649B, and/or EIA-649-1.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and ability/willingness to obtain SCI clearance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interface effectively with program management and customers.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management software (Teamcenter highly preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Large-scale cross-functional project team experience.
• Experience using TeamCenter, CPLM PLM tool, and Enovia.
• Active SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years OR
• Active DOD Secret security clearance or above with an SSBI completed within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access.

Pay

Primary level salary range: $75,800.00 – $113,800.00. The final offer considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Eligible employees may receive overtime pay, shift differentials, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
