Job Description
This is a remote position.
Requirements

- Comfortable utilizing technology, investigative software, databases, and AI-assisted research tools.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Journalism, Cybersecurity, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Prior investigative experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in insurance investigations, SIU, surveillance, background investigations, law enforcement, military intelligence, legal investigations, journalism, cybersecurity, fraud analysis, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with OSINT methodologies and investigative research techniques preferred.
Qualifications & Equipment
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online investigative tools.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Strong typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical investigative standards.
- Reliable transportation may be required for occasional field assignments.
- Experience using the following software systems is desired: Trackops, Clear, TLO, IRB, Page Vault, Hunchly, Brave Browser, MS 365.
