Intelligence Analyst (Intelligence & Investigation)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Intelligence Analyst to support national security efforts by analyzing classified, open-source, and other information sources. In this role, you will provide timely and actionable intelligence on individuals, organizations, and entities of concern to the Visa Security Program. Your insights will help inform investigations, support field operations, and generate new leads, contributing to the safety and security of our nation. Education Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required for this role. Candidates with equivalent experience in research, intelligence, or threat analysis may also be considered.
Clearance Requirements
This role requires an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI. Candidates must be able to maintain this clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site position. The selected candidate will be expected to work a minimum of four days per week at either the NTC in Sterling, VA, or NSD in Tyson’s Corner, VA.
Responsibilities
- Analyze classified, LES, and open-source information to produce intelligence reports.
- Support investigations by providing insights on persons, businesses, and criminal organizations.
- Aid in developing investigative leads and supporting active field investigations.
- Prepare intelligence briefings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct network analysis and financial investigations to identify threats.
- Draw conclusions from disparate data sources to inform security decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance intelligence collection and analysis efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of intelligence products and research activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of experience in research, intelligence, or threat analysis.
- A current active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- Experience with OSINT, financial investigations, and phone toll analysis.
- Skilled in developing intelligence products and briefings.
- Proficient in network analysis and classified research.
- Familiarity with the visa lifecycle process.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to draw conclusions from disparate data.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
