Intellectual Property Senior Counsel
Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Senior Counsel role, with preference given to candidates with a minimum of eight years of experience. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study
- Active bar license corresponding to the state in which you reside, or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible
- Minimum of eight years of experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $190,000 to $240,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
