About the role
We have an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Senior Counsel. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study. Candidates should have an active bar license corresponding to the state in which they reside, or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. This position may offer a flexible billable-hour requirement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience preferred
- Degree in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study
- Active bar license corresponding to the state of residence, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $190,000 to $240,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
