About the role

Keystone Human Services is seeking a part‑time Direct Support Professional to provide individualized, person‑directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. The role focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and fully participate in society.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy and engaging home setting for adults.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Advocate for the health and wellness of the individuals supported.

Requirements

• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre‑employment process, including all required clearances and verifications.
