Integrative Therapist

Responsibilities

• Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalities
• Leads residents through the development and implementation of individualized, goal-focused recovery plan
• Provides individualized psychotherapy for residents and includes family members or other support person(s)
• Creates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents group psychotherapy
• Completes appropriate assessments as indicated
• Strong collaboration with direct care staff to include psychiatry, nursing, and residential staff
• Provides crisis support and share on-call coverage rotation
• Completes timely documentation
• Offers training and informal guidance to staff members

Requirements

• Current NC license as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, & associate licenses considered
• Psy.D or Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology or counseling
• At least 1 year of experience in psychotherapy or other clinical services
• Experience working in residential or inpatient settings

Pay

• Starting at $58,000 per year
• Associate licensed and increases based on experience
• Starting at $60,000 per year fully licensed and increases based on experience

Schedule

• Monday – Friday 8 – 5 pm
