About the role

The Integrations Configuration & Support Specialist at Cav is responsible for ensuring seamless setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of integrations between Cav's platform and third-party systems. This role involves configuring integrations to meet client needs, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot SaaS integrations such as Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Understand and implement APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, SAML), and data mapping concepts
• Analyse and solve technical problems with a methodical approach
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through problem resolution and collaboration

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or implementation specialist roles
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SaaS integrations
• A solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and data mapping concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with nontechnical stakeholders
• Desire to understand Cav's product, market, and company growth
• Willingness to contribute to the organization's growth
• Experience supporting integrations for compliance/security tools
• Familiarity with scripting languages for basic automation or data queries
• Experience in a cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management SaaS company
• Knowledge of REST APIs and common integration patterns
