About the role

As a Integration Technician, your mission is to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components to support customer requirements. You will report to the Production Manager. This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and integrate dispensing systems and related components.
  • Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
  • Perform quality inspections and functional testing.
  • Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or delivery.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment.
  • Ability to learn computer programs.
  • Knowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisions.
  • Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typically.
  • Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
