Integration Specialist- Spokane/Boise
About the Role
As an Integration Specialist at Align Technology, you will drive the adoption, implementation, and integration of Align’s digital platform within targeted dental and orthodontic practices. Your primary goal is to accelerate practice growth and improve efficiencies by optimizing workflows, increasing scanner utilization, and enhancing patient education and case acceptance. You will leverage your clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of dental and orthodontic workflows to enable full digital adoption and integration of iTero systems and Align solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough “current state” assessments of practices to understand business needs.
- Develop customized, prioritized account-level goals and work paths to achieve full digital adoption.
- Guide practices through optimization of iTero workflows and integration of Invisalign and restorative scanning into routine patient care.
- Assist with integrating new product launches into office workflows.
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to doctors, staff, and internal audiences.
- Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and workflow refinement.
- Act as a clinical mentor for best practices in digital adoption and integration.
- Foster positive, consultative relationships with doctors and practice teams.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities and drive growth.
- Inspire practices to modernize and grow through increased scanner utilization and patient education.
- Utilize data to monitor progress, identify KPIs, and drive decision-making.
- Diagnose positive and negative results and lead corrective actions.
- Stay active with dental and orthodontic organizations to remain informed on trends impacting practices and patients.
- Manage travel, expenses, and resources efficiently within company guidelines.
- Orchestrate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote Align/iTero solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, RDA, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or orthodontic office management experience preferred.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in dental, orthodontic, or related health fields.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- High customer-service standards and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).
- Ability to travel up to 40%; occasional nights and weekends for in-market events.

Pay
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges reflect the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on individual skills, experience level, and total compensation/equity across team members. For locations outside the primary area, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For Field Sales roles, the listed salary is base pay only and does not include applicable incentive compensation plans. A cost-of-living adjustment may be added for higher-cost areas in the U.S.
