About the Opportunity: The Integration/Report Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical integrations and reporting solutions for Oracle Cloud ERP systems. This position ensures accurate and efficient data exchange and reporting across various business functions, directly contributing to improved system interoperability and data-driven decision-making within federal agencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, FBDI, and orchestration flows
- Build real-time and batch interfaces between Oracle ERP and external systems
- Implement message transformations, fault handling, and logging following enterprise standards
- Create BI Publisher reports, data models, templates, and schedule report integrations
- Develop OTBI analyses, dashboards, and subject-area extensions
- Write custom SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, views, and materialized views for reporting
- Validate integrations and reports through testing and deployment cycles
- Troubleshoot integration failures and reporting issues
- Collaborate with teams to refine requirements into scalable technical designs
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP, and file-based data exchange
- Experience developing BI Publisher and OTBI reports and data models
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules in Finance, SCM, and HCM
- Ability to analyze requirements and design scalable technical solutions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Pay
The pay range for specified states and cities is $86,400—$176,200 USD
