Integration & ETL Engineer - Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Boomi iPaaS platform. Build scalable and reusable integration processes between enterprise applications and data sources.
• Build scalable and reusable integration processes between enterprise applications and data sources.
• Manage data transformations, mappings, and workflows within Boomi.
• ETL & Data Management: Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and/or other integration tools. Work with structured and semi-structured data across multiple systems. Ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Develop and optimize queries, stored procedures, and database objects in using SQL Server and Oracle Database. Perform data validation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: Create and maintain reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Support business reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Cloud Data Integration: Design and implement data workflows using Azure Data Factory or similar tools. Support cloud-based data integration and migration initiatives.
• Scheduling & File Transfer: Manage and monitor batch jobs using Control-M (BMC). Handle secure file transfers using Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools.

Key Competencies

• Essential Skills: Strong experience with Boomi iPaaS / ETL platform. Hands-on expertise in: SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSRS, Oracle Database. Solid understanding of data integration, ETL concepts, and data modeling. Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data pipelines. Ability to work with APIs, data mappings, and system integrations.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or other cloud integration tools. Familiarity with Control-M (BMC) for job scheduling. Knowledge of Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
