We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a narrative about HDR, water business group, etc. We need to extract sections: maybe "About the role" (the description), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications" (Preferred and Required), "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule"? Travel info maybe schedule? Travel requirement is 35% average, monthly variations 0-75% - that's travel, not schedule. Could be considered "Travel" but not requested. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have Pay: expected compensation range $178,952 - $336,375. So include Pay section. Benefits: they list comprehensive benefits package. So include Benefits. Schedule: not explicit work hours; travel is not schedule. So omit Schedule. Responsibilities: there is a big list under "Summary Of Job Responsibilities" and "Position Or Role Responsibilities". So include Responsibilities. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications and Required Qualifications. So include Qualifications (maybe combine). About the role: we have introductory paragraphs describing role, water business group, etc. Could be "About the role". Also location info: "Location and Travel" includes location non-specific but preferred presence, travel 35%. Could be "Location" but not requested heading. Only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Requirements maybe same as Qualifications? But we have Qualifications. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Skills? Not explicit separate skills list. Could embed skills in Qualifications. We'll not create empty sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes a lot of location list; we can keep location info maybe in About the role or a short p. But location list is long; we can summarize? We must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot invent or summarize away detail. However we can drop duplicated lines? The location list is massive; we need to preserve all substantive information. That means we must include all those location strings? That seems excessive but required. However we can maybe keep them as a

with the list. It's a lot of text but we must include. It's not a heading; we can put under About the role or a separate paragraph. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Location is not minor metadata? It's substantive. We'll include it in a

maybe under About the role. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some boilerplate like "Watch Our Story:' https://www.hdrinc.com/our-story'" maybe we keep as part of About the role? It's a link; we can keep as text. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

About the role

As we foster a culture of inclusion throughout our company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world? Watch Our Story: https://www.hdrinc.com/our-story' Each and every role throughout our organization makes a difference in our ability to change the world for the better. Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world. We believe water is more than a resource, it's a shared responsibility. As part of our Water Business Group, you’ll help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. From delivering safe drinking water and treating wastewater responsibly to developing sustainable water supplies and protecting lives and property through flood control, your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience. We bring together experts across disciplines to solve complex challenges with bold thinking and technical excellence. Whether you're modernizing aging systems or pioneering innovative approaches, your contributions will make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This isn’t just a job, it's a chance to lead change, drive progress, and leave a lasting legacy. Summary Of Job Responsibilities The primary duties of a Business Class Director (BCD) include responsibilities for company-wide development, coordination, monitoring, and improvement of technical competencies of business class staff, products, and services to meet client needs, response to market drivers, and risk management across HDR. Business Class Directors support the needs of all Market Sectors, Business Groups, and geographic regions, as appropriate to their areas of practice, expertise, and focus. Specifically, the Integrated Watershed Management (IWM) Business Class Director is responsible for the direction, coordination, and quality of work for HDR’s service lines that include watershed management, water supply, groundwater and water quality. Responsibilities include building close working relationships with related business classes, market sectors, business groups and operations. The IWM BCD will facilitate technical service areas in risk management for large-scale, multi-discipline and multi-benefit projects. The position will build and maintain the industry presence, reputation, and participation in professional organizations to raise the profile of the practice. As part of these duties, the IWM Business Class Director will participate in client management, support proposal and project development, and be an active member of professional organizations. Business development participation is primarily through technical differentiation, pursuit strategy input, and client-facing brand elevation. The person will mentor and direct technical leaders that help manage and execute the mission of the business class. The position participates in and provides oversight of planning, modeling, and design services for service areas within the business class.

But we already have Responsibilities section separate; we might duplicate. Better to keep About the role as the introductory narrative up to "This isn’t just a job..." and then Responsibilities separate. Let's split: About the role includes the first paragraphs up to "This isn’t just a job, it's a chance to lead change, drive progress, and leave a lasting legacy." Then Responsibilities starts with "Summary Of Job Responsibilities". We'll include that. Now Responsibilities: we need to list duties as
  • . The responsibilities list is long; we can break into items. We'll capture each sentence as an
  • . Might be many but okay. We'll extract bullet points from the responsibilities section after "Summary Of Job Responsibilities". Actually there is also "Position Or Role Responsibilities" with many bullet-like sentences. We'll combine. Let's list them: - Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class. - Build close working relationships and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, business groups and operations. - Lead and participate in technical risk management through process and resource reviews, providing technical advisory services on selected projects, and maintain quality standards and delivery expectations. - Drive quality assurance and control processes and coordinate with the WBG Quality Manager in those areas. - Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency. - Ensure that technical staff are aware of and monitoring emerging technologies. - Work with market sector directors to develop strategic plan for the business class and provide strategic and tactical business trend input to business group leadership at the national, regional, area and local levels. - Facilitate business class teamwork, communication and work sharing between offices, business classes, management, marketing, and staff. - Monitor business class direction, adherence to policies and practices, quality assurance, technical tools, project staffing and resource to workload allocation. - Build technical expertise and production capacity through recruitment and training. Coordinate all strategic hires within the business group. - Facilitate business class technical experts in support of client development and project pursuits. - Ensure that business class technical experts represent HDR by involvement in industry organizations and functions including presentations and publications. - Oversee Technical Networking Groups sponsored by business class. - Facilitate “lessons learned” for project delivery, processes, trends, successes, strengths, and weaknesses. - Monitor company-wide performance within business class to achieve defined goals and support operational managers in monitoring project performance and implementation of corrective actions. That seems comprehensive. Now Qualifications: we have Preferred Qualifications and Required Qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a Business Class or Professional Services leadership role. - Experience working cooperatively with other HDR business class directors, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers on business class efforts Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field - A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field - For Business Class leadership roles for which the core service being overseen is technical design, the role must maintain a professional or Architecture/Engineering registration and has related technical experience - Experienced in development and management of diverse teams - Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts - Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values - An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must We'll combine into Qualifications section with
    • . Benefits: list from "We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee ownership, employee health, performance, and success, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus and tuition reimbursement. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)" We'll put as
      • items. Pay: include the range: $178,952 - $336,375 depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. We'll put as

. Location and Travel: we might include as a short paragraph under About the role or separate? Not a heading but we can include in About the role after the intro. However we already used About the role for intro; we could add a

for location and travel after About the role but before Responsibilities? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Location is not minor but we can include as a

maybe under About the role? But we already used About the role for a block; we could add another

after that but still under same heading? Actually we can have multiple

under same heading. So we can keep About the role heading, then a

        for the narrative, then another

for location and travel. That's okay. Let's craft:
