Integrated Services Analyst - Human Services Program Representative 2

About the role
This position plans, develops, and maintains both internal and external tools to achieve integrated behavioral health services (CCBHC, BHH, and OICC) policy goals. The Integrated Services Analyst works collaboratively with staff, teams, departments, and other internal and external partners to support and lead the integration of behavioral health services across administrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management, technical assistance, and guidance to support data analysis for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC), Behavioral Health Home (BHH), and Officer Involved Community Based Care Coordination (OICC) services programs.
- Develop and maintain a professional knowledge base, including interpersonal communication skills, cultural responsiveness, and skills necessary to champion the implementation of the Office of Health Services (OHS) policy on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- Research and analyze multiple sources of data to meet compliance standards.
- Apply working knowledge of federal, state, and county government laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines regarding Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare programs or another state Medicaid program.
- Manage large databases for creating databases, data collection, creating data polls, manipulating, and securing data.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of working experience advocating and/or providing support for mental health programs and/or services, including:
- Understanding of person- and family-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral health, public health, social sciences, or a related field may substitute for one (1) year of work experience.
- A master’s degree in human services, behavioral health, public health, social sciences, or a related field may substitute for two (2) years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Knowledge of change management and continuous quality improvement principles.
- Strong human relations and communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, respond openly to requests and concerns, and simplify technical information for non-specialist understanding.
- Ability to present and facilitate discussions to solicit and explore diverse perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across divisions, administrations, and in partnership with community organizations.
- Knowledge of health, public/community health, health care systems, behavioral health, and quality improvement informed by data.
- Knowledge of primary care operations, behavioral health, community integration, partnerships, Health Information Technology, care coordination models, community health models, or new payment models.
- Understanding of Minnesota's current health care and social service purchasing, payment, and delivery infrastructure from government and private sector points of view.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and county government laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines regarding Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare programs.
Additional Requirements
- The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) will conduct criminal background checks on all finalists for this position. Finalists must pass the DHS background check.

Pay
$32.97 - $48.60 hourly; $68,841 - $101,476 annually
