Job Description And Position Requirements
- Maintain multiple document control databases and verification of reproduction, distribution, destruction and receipt records
- Assist with preparation of security forms for personnel submitted to research sponsors including initial submission, debriefs and periodic reinvestigations
- Provide visitor control, verify current visit requests, and check visitor identification
- Assist with periodic inventories and inspections
- Review controlled items for proper inventory numbers and other required markings
- Identify, improve, and implement processes to better safeguard and account for controlled material to ensure compliance with government regulations
Typical Work Hours
- Up to 20 hours/week during the fall and spring semesters
- 40 hours/week over the summer
Work Location
- On-site in State College, PA
Employment Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- TS//SCI clearance required for this position
Background Checks/Clearances
- Government security investigation required
- Pre-employment drug screen required
