About the role

You will be the Integrated Program Planner Manager for the F-35 Campaigns and Proposals team, responsible for delivering high-impact F-35 solutions and winning new business. This position is located in Fort Worth, TX and requires U.S. citizenship due to facility access requirements. The role is primarily remote, with more than 50% of work performed from home, though occasional on-site visits will be required based on program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners producing integrated master schedules for F-35 proposals and campaigns.
  • Partner with program management, engineering, contracts, and customers to translate requirements into accurate schedule baselines.
  • Provide expert analysis of schedule, cost, and earned-value data to senior leadership and drive corrective actions.
  • Champion enterprise-wide performance initiatives and ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin scheduling standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Direct all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management.
  • Collaborate with program management, senior management, and customers as the program’s planning integrator.
  • Manage vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
  • Ensure modeling and measuring techniques integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baselines, and perform schedule risk assessments.
  • Coordinate time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification, and schedule risk assessments with program management.
  • Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
  • Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), including Cost/Schedule Integration.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
  • Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar scheduling tool.

Skills

  • Leadership experience.

  • Knowledge of DCMA Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics.
  • CDRL knowledge and experience with DI-MGMT-81861A Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), DI-MGMT-81861B Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR), and/or DI-MGMT-81650 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Strong knowledge of Lockheed Martin Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor & government-furnished equipment integration with a Prime Contractor’s IMS.
  • Experience with DCMA Earned Value Audits.
  • Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan.
  • Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience.
  • Prior aerospace experience.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $109,700.00 - $203,700.00.

For Washington state applicants only: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) for incidental absences and receive at least 90 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
