Integrated Program Planner Sr - E3

About the role

Lockheed Martin’s Enterprise Performance organization seeks an Integrated Program Planner in Huntsville, AL to support the Targets and Countermeasures mission. You will develop compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that reflect accurate contractual scope and resources, interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management, and ensure seamless execution across multiple sites and other SMD programs.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring integration with the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Maintain schedule integration between the IMS, Program Summary Master Schedule, and supplemental schedules.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses.
• Provide planning support to Production Operations and the Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms.
• Ensure schedule accuracy through integrity checks and generate IMS reports and metrics.
• Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies.
• Support all phases of proposal development, including SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks.
• Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
• Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules that validate flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope.
• Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, recommending solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Track, monitor, and status all program commitments.
• Prepare and coordinate planning artifacts for solicitation responses.
• Interface with program management, senior management, and customers as the program’s planning integrator.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and program artifacts.
• Devise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baselines, performing schedule risk assessments.
• Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions that improve program performance.

Requirements

• Experience using a program planning tool (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, or comparable).
• Experience briefing internal and external customers.
• Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance metrics.
• Experience resource loading schedules and Earned Value Management.
• Must be a United States citizen due to program requirements.

Desired Skills

• Active Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in planning or program management.
• Exposure to network scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.).
• Knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling methodology.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance.
• Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge.
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, lookup tables, and VBA.
• Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment processes/tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AI prompting as it applies to program planning.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $72,500 – $134,600. The salary offered considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market/location considerations.

Schedule

• For non-represented full-time employees in Washington state: Accrue at least 10 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per month for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
• For represented full-time employees in Washington state: Accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
• PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
