Integrated Program Planner Sr - E3
About the role
Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored, and statused. Prepares and coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program's planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Network Schedules including status updates, integrity checks, critical path analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and schedule performance metrics.
- Develop, maintain, integrate, and analyze schedule-related artifacts such as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
- Deliver project briefings to internal and external customers.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost and Schedule integration.
- Use schedule networking tools such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, or MS Project.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all scheduling activities to support program execution.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of relevant professional experience with a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
- Strong MS Excel skills with experience in pivot tables and macros.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lockheed Martin Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.
- Experience in resource-loaded schedules.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $81,500.00 - $151,300.00
