Integrated Product Support Area Manager
About the role
The Integrated Product Support Area Manager is a leadership position within the Customer Service and Sustainment (CSS) Project Office. This leader will manage a team of integrated product support project managers and support specialists.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and guidance to the integrated product support team
- Personnel interviewing and hiring, training, development, coaching, and mentoring
- Representing GDLS leadership in Government meetings and critical events
- Overseeing program performance, including Earned Value & execution excellence
- Providing technical support to team throughout product support project phases including logistics design influence, logistics product development, and Government test and user evaluations
- Overseeing the development of major sole source and competitive proposals
- Managing departmental demand and manpower
- Ensuring compliance with GDLS policies
- Leading with an A-team mindset, focused on continuous improvement and performance excellence, to help GDLS achieve US Operations targets
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree, such as MBA or Masters in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the defense industry, management, and/or related military service
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
- 90% onsite presence
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support / Integrated Product Support as a project or program lead

Schedule
9-80 Work Schedule (This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off)
