Integrated Pest Management Supervisor

About the role

The IPM Supervisor will report directly to the Cultivation Management Team and oversee integrated pest management activities, ensuring all pest and disease pressures are monitored and addressed.

Responsibilities

• Daily scouting of pest and disease pressures, with reports due by midweek
• Distribution of biological controls
• Regular pH and EC testing, with reports due weekly
• Communicate pest and disease pressures to all compartment leads
• Research new chemicals and application rates
• Oversee documentation of chemical logs
• Supervise spray technicians
• Maintain spraying equipment and oversee maintenance on PRIVA injectors
• Maintain a clean work environment in all respective areas
• Ensure proper protective equipment is used and safety protocols are enforced
• Track raw materials and inform management when replenishment is necessary
• Foster transparent communication with all team members and direct reports

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass a Level II Background Check
