This position will report directly to the Cultivation Management Team and will be responsible for meeting all the listed requirements. The IPM supervisor will oversee scouting of pest and disease pressures, pour through testing, spray schedule and chemical applications. This person will work closely to report all findings to cultivation managers. Keep track of raw materials and inform management when replenishment is necessary.Daily Scouting with reports due by midweek Distribution of biological controls pH and EC testing regularly with reports due weekly Communicate with all compartments leads on pest/disease pressures Research on new chemicals and rates Oversee documentation of chemical logs Oversee spray technicians Maintain spraying equipment and oversee maintenance on PRIVA injectors Maintain a clean work environment in all respective areasEnsure that proper protective equipment is being used and safety is enforcedTransparent communication with all team members and direct reports Note: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.
