Integrated Master Scheduler (HDG)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze large dynamic schedules in MS Project
- Interface with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with program objectives
- Validate schedule logic and refine scheduling needs
- Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency
- Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectives
- Prepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project Online or a similar scheduling software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with KIDASA Milestones Professional
- Proficient with Detlek Acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience with construction schedules
- Experience with the interpretation of Earned Value data to provide oral and written communications to all levels of stakeholders
- Experience with NAVWAR and PEO C4I
- PMP certified
- Earned Value Professional (EVP) certified
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certified
Clearance Requirements
Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL).

The pay range for this role is: $100,000-115,000 USD per year (San Diego)
