Integrated Master Scheduler

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project
• Perform critical path analysis and track schedule performance
• Ensure integration across various project teams and subcontractors
• Support resource loading for staffing plans and capacity assessments
• Prepare and present schedule reports and forecasts
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and 'what-if' analyses
• Maintain configuration control of the baseline schedule

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and program management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development
• Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules for multi-discipline programs
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Strong communication skills across technical teams

Pay

$103,500 – $181,100 annually
