Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project
- Perform critical path analysis and track schedule performance
- Ensure integration across various project teams and subcontractors
- Support resource loading for staffing plans and capacity assessments
- Prepare and present schedule reports and forecasts
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and 'what-if' analyses
- Maintain configuration control of the baseline schedule
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development
- Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules for multi-discipline programs
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Strong communication skills across technical teams

Pay
$103,500 – $181,100 annually
