About the role
The Integrated Master Scheduler Program supports Kord, a subsidiary of KBR, in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for HEL programs. Key responsibilities include creating and updating IMS, ensuring compliance with DCMA 14-point guidelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using SOW and WBS elements.
- Modify and update program schedules during re-baselining efforts.
- Operate within the program business cadence by leading monthly schedule status reviews.
- Maintain resource-loaded program schedules through regular analysis.
- Utilize Gantt charts, driving path analysis, milestone tracking, Earned Value Management, and other project management techniques.
- Ensure IMS compliance with DCMA 14-point assessment guidelines and KBR standards.
- Support ad hoc customer requests for scenario modeling and impact assessments of schedule changes.
- Coordinate with program leadership to align schedules with contractual deliverables, milestones, and technical objectives.
- Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall program IMS.
- Support program Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements and deliverables.
- Provide regular schedule status reports, metrics, and briefings to program leadership and government customers.
- Drive IMS engagement during internal and external status sessions, including Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate resource loading and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program scheduling within defense or aerospace industries.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6).
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) practices and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience with DCMA 14-point schedule analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Qualifications

Pay
$103,530 - $155,295
Schedule
Based on Huntsville, AL. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
