About the Team

The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience.

Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of promotional campaigns for both end consumers and merchants, partner on awareness driving initiatives, and lead both internal and external brand partnerships.
• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027.
• Quick learner, proactive, and resilient.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
• Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills, and judgment capability.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
• Drive to prioritize speed in business, take calculated risks, and focus on key inputs to achieve ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in e-commerce business.
• Internship experience in e-commerce or a solid understanding of the social media industry landscape is a plus.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $38 - $38.
