Marketing Intern

About the role

The marketing intern assists the marketer and operations groups, as well as project managers through senior vice presidents, in their pursuits to secure work. The intern will learn the strategy in all stages of the pursuit, from proposal preparation to presentations, in a deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketer on daily tasks to help respond to RFQs/RFPs.
• Develop relevant proposal materials (firm profile, resumes, project sheets, etc.).
• Edit content to ensure quality, accuracy, and readability.
• Transform text‑heavy narratives into visual/graphical responses.
• Develop internal marketing products.
• Perform market research.
• Work primarily with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and company opportunity management software.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
